30-Day Return Window
We stand behind the quality, safety, and performance of our dental care devices and oral hygiene products. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for your purchase.
Return Eligibility & Oral Hygiene Safety Standards
Due to strict public health, sanitation, and personal care safety regulations regarding oral products:
• Electric toothbrushes, water flossers, and oral care devices MUST be completely unused, uncharged, containing no water or oral fluid exposure, and returned in their original packaging with all factory security seals, charging cables, and nozzle attachments intact.
• Replacement brush heads, dental floss, whitening gels, and oral strips MUST remain unopened, unused, with factory shrink wrap or hygienic tamper-evident seals fully intact.
• Opened, tested, or used oral hygiene devices, brush heads, or mouth care liquids cannot be returned or refunded for health and sanitary protection reasons.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required for all return requests.
• Manufacturing defects or defective electronic components upon unboxing are eligible for a 100% full refund or immediate free replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened, unsealed, or used replacement brush heads, whitening gels, and dental floss.
• Electric toothbrushes or water flossers that have been used or exposed to water/saliva.
• Clearance or final sale items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.
Free Returns & No Restocking Fees
We offer free returns on all eligible unused and unopened items. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, and zero restocking fees will be deducted from your approved refund amount.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email info@getqujq.shop with your original order number, reason for return, and photos showing the unopened condition and intact hygiene seals of the product.
2. Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid printable return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely in its original box along with protective cushioning to prevent transit damage.
4. Affix the prepaid label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Cibolo facility to confirm unopened and unused condition, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal). Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your banking institution to post the credit to your account.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to select a different device model, brush head type, or color, please return your unused original item for a full refund and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Defective Products Upon Delivery
If your order arrives with broken plastic housings, non-functional electrical parts, or damaged packaging, please contact info@getqujq.shop within 7 days of receipt with photos demonstrating the damage. We will issue a full refund or ship a replacement unit immediately at no extra cost.
